Our FREE  6-week workshop helps those living with diabetes or pre-diabetes to improve their general health.

• Learn about healthy nutrition and exercise choices.
• Gain communication skills.
• Practice relaxation techniques and talk about better sleep.
• Learn how to manage diabetes, high blood pressure and anxiety.
• Get support to improve your health.

This course is by registration ONLY and is 6 weeks long. Sessions are held once a week. Refreshments provided.
